Shipping policy

Postage is free to the United Kingdom. For Non-EU Europe it is £10.00, £19 to USA and £19 to the rest of the world.  Postage is charged only once per order, so buying multiple items is more cost effective.

UK Buyers: please allow 6-7 days for your order to arrive. Email us at info@annstweed.com if  you need any reassurance about delivery of your item(s).

FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please allow between 5-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at info@annstweed.com to review the status of your order.  Items can get stuck in customs for weeks sometimes.  If you have paid tax/duties at checkout there shouldn't be a delay, and your items should go through customs quickly.
